• 200 g of spinach • 2 avocados • 40 g of olives • A dash of olive oil and vinegar • 1 orange
Elaboration:
1. First, we will take care of preparing the food. That is, we will remove the olive bones, the avocado skin and the orange peel.
2. We will chop the orange and the avocado into cubes, so that they can be mixed evenly with the rest of the ingredients. We will carry out the same operation with the spinach (although in this case we will have to cut them into smaller and more manageable pieces), in case the leaves are too large.
3. In a salad bowl, we will add the spinach after having previously washed them.
4. We will add the pieces of orange and avocado, along with the olives to the container. Then, we will proceed to mix them.
5. We will dress the salad with a splash of oil and vinegar to give it a better flavor.
