Ahí están las respuestas, pero recuerda que el /is not/ es también o se puede decir /isn't/, de igual forma con el /are not/ que sería /aren't/.

El ing se le agrega a la palabras en /continous/ después de la consonante, si es vocal, se borra esa vocal y se le agrega el ing, por ejemplo, make no es makeing, sería making. Pero recuerda que el /y/ no cuenta con la regla de la vocal.

La ? solo intercambias la posición del pronombre y del is/are/am.
