Puedes usar dos formas correctas depende de lo que necesites

a.- Indican ofertas:

   -I'll help you with those bags (El I'll es una contracción del Will)

   -I will help you with these bags (Sin la contracción y con these)

b.- Indican promesas:

   -She promised that I'll see her tomorrow

   -She promised that I will see her tomorrow

c.- Indican planes:

   -I'll send you an email tomorrow afternoon

   -I will send you an email tomorrow afternoon
