JUDICIAL
The judicial power is the power that the State has to take care of and comply with the laws of the constitution, as well as to administer the justice of a country through the application of pre-established laws and regulations.
Legislativo
The spirit of the laws, that it was necessary that the functions of the State be divided and separated between different powers (legislative, executive and judicial), so that through the arrangements of the characteristics the power can control itself, in order to avoid tyranny.
Ejecutivo
He is responsible for the daily management of the State, he conceives and executes policies and laws that have to be applied; represents the nation in its diplomatic relations; he supports the armed forces and occasionally advises on legislation.
