Next, mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
Then, in a separate bowl, beat the butter with the sugar. While beating, add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
Add the powders to the previous mixture, alternating with the milk, and mixing until all the lumps are dissolved, but without beating more.
After that, pour the batter into the prepared molds, filling them up to three-quarters full. Bake until fluffy to the touch, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool in the molds for 10 minutes. Then unmold and place on wire racks.
Finally, beat the butter in a bowl, until creamy. Add the icing sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating very well after each addition. Add the milk and keep beating until the frosting is fluffy.
