Suponiendo que quieres poner las oraciones en pasado perfecto las respuestas, según yo, serían:

1. Peter had already left.

2. Her dog had already eaten.

3 You had already met her best friend.

4. The football match had already begun.

5. We had already had lunch

6. Her cat had already caught the mouse.

7. Her mother had already cleaned the house.

8. Paul and  I had already gone shopping. (No entendí que querías decir con 80, lo siento, puse ''Paul y yo ya nos habíamos ido de compras'')

9. Her sister had already done her
