Pasado continuo en ingles se caracteriza por tener el verbo ser en pasado "was/were" y continuo poner al verbo en presente la terminacion -ing ya que la accion estaba en continuacion. Ejemplo: I was cooking last night, afirmativo. I was not cooking last night.
"You/we/they + were + verb + ing" ejemplo: You were sleeping at noon. positivo o afirmativo. You were not sleeping at noon. negativo
