La estructura para formar oraciones es voz pasiva, cuando tiene sujeto y objeto es:
Object + auxiliary + main verb in past participe + by + subject + complement (adverbs of time)

Passive Voice:

Object: Her (Al iniciar la oración se coloca su sujeto: She)
Auxiliary: arresed está en pasado y "She" es singula, entoces usamos: was
Main verb in pp: arrested (el pasado participio de arrested es el mismo)
