+What do you know about our organization?

-I know that you plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions; also oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees,

+Very well, Why do you want to work for us?

-I want to offer others a chance to help others, providing a strong opportunity for growth, principally.

+Interesting, Why should we hire you?

-Well, I'm good at talking to others without letting out that it must be important to keep the cycle of administering, also I usually am close to others but still maintain professionalism.

+Then, What do you look for in a job?

-Flexible hours are one of my goals.

+It's reasonable, Do you work well under pressure?

-Sure I do, I usually maintain calm and check the ways to manage that pressure along with the problems, but the better way to test it is watching and not saying, for sure

+Well, I'm glad you say that, I'll keep an eye on you if you pass this; What about your weaknesses?

-Let's say that is the lack of training, but I know that this new opportunity can change that

+You're very optimistic, that's important, how long would you stay with us?

-As long as you need me, of course

+Okay then. Your resume suggests that you may be overqualified for this position. What's your opinion?

-Well, I still can learn new things, as I said before, the lack of experience is my  weakness, and I would like to change that if you allow me to of course
