b. If we have high CO2 concentration levels, the sun’s heat does not go back into space and stays on the planet. ZERO CONDITIONAL
c. If the sun’s heat stays, it produces a greenhouse effect and global w
arming. ZERO CONDITIONAL
d. If humans destroy ecosystems, many species lose their homes forever. Now, two in five amphibian species are at risk of extinction. ZERO CONDITIONAL
e. If farmers do not stop using toxic chemicals on crops, many pollinator insects will disappear. In some regions, one in ten insect species are in danger of extinction. FIRST CONDITIONAL
f. If we do not reduce plastic use, our oceans will have more plastic items in them than animals. FIRST CONDITIONAL
g. If the temperature of the planet increases, ice from the poles will melt and disappear. FIRST CONDITIONAL
h. If the ice at the poles disappears, many cities on the coasts will be flooded. FIRST CONDITIONAL
i. If we start doing something now, we will avoid a sad future. FIRST CONDITIONAL

We use Zero conditional when we talk about a real situation with real consequences. A normal example could be, when i wake up early, i have more time to do my stuffs.
Usamos el condicional zero cuando hablamos de una situación real con consecuencias reales y definidas. Por ejemplo, cuando despierto temprano, tengo mas tiempor para hacer mis cosas.
We use first conditional when we talk about a real situation with a posible future posibility. An example could be, if i wake up early, i will have more time to do my stuff. (we dont know if is true, its a posibility).
Usamos el primer condicional cuando hablamos de una situacion real con posibles futuras consecuencias. Por ejemplo, si me despierto temprano, tendré mas tiempo para hacer mis cosas (no sabemos si es cierto, no ha pasado).
