Respuesta: They are very worried about Fa Mulan thanks to her because she won´t be able of get a man like we see in the first 10 minutes of the movie.

The family needs to have honor but that is the principal problem of Mulan because if the troops discover the true identity of "ping" the family will get deshonred and Mulan get executed.
