THE FIRST AMENDED CHAPTER 11 PLAN OF ALPHA LATAM
MANAGEMENT, LLC AND ITS DEBTOR AFFILIATES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. On January 26, 2022, Alpha Latam Management, LLC and its affiliate debtors and
debtors in possession in the above-captioned chapter 11 cases (together, the "Debtors") filed their
(1) Chapter 11 Plan of Alpha Latam Management, LLC and Its Debtor Affiliates (the "Plan")
[Docket No. 512); and (ii) the Disclasure Statement for Chapter 11 Plan of Alpha Latam
Management, LLC and Its Debtor Affiliates (together with all schedules and exhibits thereto, and
as may be modified, amended, or supplemented from time to time, the "Disclosure Statement)
