El presente perfecto se forma con have (has en tercera persona singular) y el participio del verbo, que es el infinitivo terminado en -ed, excepto para los irregulares.
De forma que la estructura de la interrogativa es: Have/has [sujeto] [parcitipio] [lo que siga de la frase]?
Have I washed my clothes?
Have you eaten your meal?
Has he seen that movie?
Has she drunk all the juice?
(sone imagino que es done?) Have we done that already?
Have they given you the book?
Para interrogativas negativas: Haven't I washed my clothes? Hasn't he eaten his meal?
Y también puedes hacer interrogativas con why, what, how, etc. What have you seen? Why has she given you that? How have you done that? Where have you eaten today? When have I drunk milk?
