Hola, aqui te dejo la tarea, mil disculpas si algo hay mal .. si esta receta es ceviche de pescado ecuatoriano ingredientes y preparacion...... !!! saludos
Ecuadorian Ceviche Ingredients for fish:
2 pounds. Fresh white fish (sea bass, hake, tilapia, etc..)
2 red onions, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped finely
Finely chopped 2 peppers (one yellow and the other naranjaCarrito-mini)
20 lemons
1 bunch of chopped cilantro
sunflower oil and salt to taste
Making Ecuadorian Ceviche fish step by step:
Cut the fish into small pieces given type. Place them in a glass bowl and cover them with salt and lemon juice 10-12. The fish should be completely covered by the lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap source and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until the fish is "cooked" by the lime completely. Mix onions, tomatoes, peppers and cilantro with the remaining lemon juice. Season with enough salt and let stand for one hour. Once the fish is "cooked", I rinse well and mix with the above ingredients, add salt and oil to taste. You can serve immediately or let rest for all the flavors to blend. Serve with chili, banana chips or croutons.
