Hot chocolate with chocolates 

Ingredients
 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
 2 tablespoons of sugar
 1/4 cup of water
 1 1/2 cup of milk
 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  Chocolate or whipped cream to taste

How to prepare chocolate with chocolates:
 Combine the water, cocoa and sugar in a cup and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds to create the syrup. Add milk and vanilla and stir. Heat for 1 minute and complement with chocolates or cream.
