Dialogue in a restaurant
Sofía: I know you arribes late... I fell asleep in the end... but I'd been waiting till 2am
Jack: Whoops...
Sofía: So what did you eat at the seafood restaurant?
Jack: Loads of stuff: prawns, mussels, oysters - different types of fish - it was basically a bloody feast.
Sofia: But why did you choose seafood in the first pleace?
Jack: Well, we decided we'd been going to too many steak houses recently and were sick of meat and chips. We didn' t fancy anything too heavy, either, so we went for seafood.
Sofía: Prawns and mussels and oysters... that doesn't sound so light.
Jack: Well, I won't argue with that. And what did you do last night?
Sofía: We went to that Indian restaurant on Gran Via... similar story to yours, but we decided we'd been eating too much pasta the previous week.
Jack: And what did you have - chicken curry, spicy potatoes? I heard they make a fantastic lamb dish.
Sofía: No - a pork dish whith rice, and Angela had a vegetarian dish with mushrooms, peas and courgettes.
Jack: Yok... I know which one I'd be choosing. Anyway, yeah, when I came back you were asleep. I thought you'd been eating something unusual - now I know it was pork curry; all I could smell last night, thought, was garlic and onions.
Sofía: Now that's definitely not sexy.
Jack: No, it wans't... and I knew you'd been drinking... there was an odor of wine.
Sofía: So, why did you go to the seafood place in Mare and not the one we usually go to in Plaza España?
