RECIPE: ingredients: -Sausage-Eggplant-Fine herbs-Dress
ingFirst we shop the sausage in diagonal and whit help of a mandolin or knife we cut the eggplantn in very thin slice, to take away their bitter taste we put them in salt and let them rest for about 10-20 minutes, then wrap the sausages with the eggplant and sprinkle over it fine herbs. And ready you can accompany with any dressing.
