Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently ordered some clothes from your online store. I received it  yesterday afternoon, but it is completely different from the website. They have a bad material and are the wrong size. Also, the website says that it comes into the backpack that i buy. I didn't receive the backpack. I'm very disappointed about this because I have an important meeting  and I'm planning to go with that blouse.

I am going to return some of the clothes. Could you please send me the clothes that are in the photo on the website, and the backpack, as soon as possible?
