Necesito ayuda, que alguien traduzca este texto nuevamente al inglés pero que contenga "past continuous with simple past", también que las frases escritas en past continuous with simple past estén subrayadas o en negritas porfa

Among the main ancient Maori customs that still exist, I can mention:
-The Hangi: is a Maori culinary technique that consists of cooking food underground.
-The Haka: it is a ritual dance that was performed before the battle.
-Ta Moko: refers to tribal tattoos, very popular nowadays.
-Marae: a typical Maori building used to celebrate feasts, funerals and meetings.
-Hongi: a traditional Maori greeting where the forehead and nose come close to the point of touching, symbolizing spiritual and physical union.
However, New Zealanders not only have Maori influences, but also European influences, which have been shaping their traditions and customs to this day, the most representative of which are:
-To be hospitable is the flag of New Zealanders who are characterized by being friendly and kind, but not to be mistaken, as they cherish their personal space so don't get too close.
-Kiwis love the outdoors, which leads them to activities such as hiking, camping, surfing and anything that allows them to interact with nature.
-A curious aspect of New Zealanders is that they often leave their shoes at the front door.
-They are great lovers of good food, having very varied recipes of Maori or European influence that you will surely love.
After a good day of teamwork, they usually drink tea and share with their co-workers.
-The joy of New Zealanders is contagious and throughout the year they usually celebrate a lot, for example among their celebrations are the Matariki, the Auckland Folk Festival and the Caroline Bay Carnival.
-Being great lovers of the sea, the Kiwis dominate the world of water sports.
-New Zealanders are very talkative, however they detest personal questions and avoid them when spoken to.
Another deep-rooted custom is to bless the food with a prayer (Karakia) before eating.
-A very common custom when it comes to sharing is "Bring a plate", which means that you should bring some food.
