My unforgettable first day at work.. Why did the incident happen?

It was a year ago, my first day at work, I remember was a Sunday and I didn't want to go at all but I did. The company was an editorial, they used to sell about 2000 book per week.

My job was check them to sent it to the bookstore. But that afternoon the incident happened. A box with bottles of ink fall off many boxes of books and they were over.

I list my job there, but I'm still asking to me why that happen, it was like something strange pulled off the box of bottles. nowadays I'm still thinking about it.
