My name's Luciana and I'm from Peru. I'm 13 years old and I love swimming. I swim every day from 6:00 am to 8:00 a.m. and then in the afternoon from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00p.m. I think that to be a good athlete, it's important to be disciplined. I think that friends and family are very important too. Thanks to them I feel strong and motivated. I also think it's very important to balance sports with school and family. I enjoy swimming competitions.
