My brother John and I were on holiday in a small village and decided to go for a walk. The day was cloudy but if was not very cold. Suddenly, a thunderstorm started and we were really scared. We took shelter in an abandoned house. While we were waiting there, the earth started to shake and part of the roof of the house fell down. Luckily, we were not hurt but I was scared and started to cry. When my brother was writing a text message to Mum. we saw a light in front of the house. It was Dad. He was looking for us. We were so happy to see him! We promised to tell Mum and Dad about our plans next time.
