Emma Watson rose to fame when she was given a lead role of playing Hermoine –one of the best friends
of “Harry Potter”, the biggest film of 2001. Between 2001 and 2011 she appeared inn all seven “Harry
Potter” films and become one of the richest and the most popular teenage star in the world.
She was born in 1990 in Paris to English parents and was brought up in Oxfordshire and London. She
studied at Oxford University graduating with BA in English literature in 2014.
For Emma Watson the rise to fame has been easier than for other British actresses. She has started not
only in seven Harry Potter series, but also in more serious and dramatic films such as “The Bling Ring”,
“The Perks of being a Wallflower “and in funnier films, such as “This is the End”.
