Puedes Agregarle (He was an novelist,short-story writer , screenwriter and journalist.García Márquez began his career as a journalist while studying law at the National University of Colombia. In 1948 and 1949 he wrote for El Universal in Cartagena. Later, from 1950 until 1952, In December 1957 García Márquez accepted a position in Caracas in the newspaper El Momento.
