The Second Conditional.
Fill in the correct form of the verb to make the second conditioals correct.

If + simple past, + would + verb
Would + verb + If + simple past

We use the second conditional when talking about future events that are likely to happen. It refers to a hupothetical scenario and its probable result. The if clause is in the simple past, and the main clause uses the present conditional.
