a) It's a great idea. It is the duty of all of us to keep the neighborhood clean.

b) I agree. Taking the trash out only when the garbage truck comes is a smart idea.

c) David must tell his neighbors to take care of the neighborhood. Everyone must help to keep it clean, even David.

"Women are better drivers than men"

I disagree, the driving abilities of an individual are not tied by their sexuality. Some women can be better driver than a few men, a few men can be better drivers than some women.
