1. You should give yourself time to rest, try out some relaxation activities like deep breathing, meditation or listening to music, either before or after taking an exam.
2. You should be more social, go to parties, or meetings, to have more friends.
3. You should sleep earlier, and every day set an alarm, so that you wake up early and it becomes a habit.
4. You shouldn't argue with your brother, because that is bad, and problems are always better solved by talking instead of arguing.
5. You should block the person who sends you these messages and tell another trusted person to help you.
