tienes que utilizar going to para planes definidos y will para decisiones espontáneas o predicciones los ejemplos que te dan son estos :  Nadar en el lago el sábado (plan definido), voy a nadar en el lago el sábado

explicación :

(definite plan) = plan definido

(spontaneos decision )=  decisiones espontaneas o predicciones
