1. Ive been doing homeworks, ive been cleaning my house, ive been playing with my friends, i watched some movies and series, but if we talk about prevent actions i do at this quarentine; When i go to the store to buy something that my family need, i put on my mask, and gloves, at the moment i dont get close to anybody, i buy the things, then i go home again, i try to dont touch anything, and dont touch myself, my face for example. When i got home, i go to take a bath, change my clothes, and dry the previous clothes. I disinfect the things i got from the store with disinfectant aerosol. I leave on repose for fifteen minutes, now we can use the things I bought. We wash our hands before eat and after go to the restroom, we evite go outside, but sometimes is necessary.
2. Some advices:
Even if you don't know if you carry the virus, cover your mouth and nose with a disposable tissue when you cough or sneeze, or do so by covering your mouth and nose with the inside of your elbow. It would be ideal if you wear a mask.
You should not touch your nose, mouth, eyes if you havent washed your hands.
Leave your shoes outside the house or in the hall. It is not impossible that the virus and other pathogens are found in the soles.
Each member of the family must use a personal towel and wash it frequently.
Clean surfaces: Floor, door knobs and handles, table, furniture, kitchen counter tops, switches and other objects should be cleaned daily with a damp cloth in soapy water. You can use any household cleaning product.
Hygiene measures should be extreme if one of the family members suffers any symptoms or is in quarantine. In this case, you should isolate yourself, if possible, in a room and follow the instructions of the doctors.
3. Lifestyle
Develop a healthy lifestyle based on a reasonable and nutritious diet. Do not overeat.
Balance work and rest. Don't stay up late and exercise sparingly at home.
If you notice symptoms like: fever, sore throat, dry cough, tiredness, call the doctor and follow his instructions to the letter. Do not wait to check if they pass you.
If you are in charge of children and the elderly, take your temperature in the morning and in the afternoon.
you can start something new, like: work out, draw, paint, make videos for youtube, sing, learn a new language, there are too many things you can do, this way you wont lose time and will learn too many things, i know these are going to help you someday.
