Since the pandemic started, I have changed and added some things in my routine.
First of all, wearing a mask appropriate for each place is something I really find necessary. For example, if I need to go to a place full of people I use a completely different mask than If I go to a place with just few people.
At lunch or dinner, sometimes I go to the store in order to buy some products, those products I use to disinfect when I arrive home.
After I arrive home, I take a shower and leave the clothes I wore through the day outside, in that way if the clothes are infected, I don't infect my house.
Those are some of the habits I have implemented in my routine during this pandemic in order to avoid Covid-19.
