  This May 21, as every year since 2001, the "World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development" is celebrated. This celebration was approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations UNESCO.

We celebrate Cultural Diversity

  This universal declaration was issued by UNESCO through resolution 57/249. It is necessary to point out that, starting in 2011, this body has been promoting diversity and the right to inclusion through the campaign entitled "Make a gesture for Diversity and Inclusion" and in subsequent years has approved other resolutions that guarantee and promote cultural diversity in order to put an end to stereotypes and exclusionary social standards and exalt cooperation, tolerance and intercultural inclusion.
