Where there is injury, pardon.

Donde hay duda, fe.

Where there is doubt, faith.

Donde hay desesperación, esperanza.

Where there is despair, hope.

Donde hay oscuridad, luz.

Where there is darkness, light.

Dónde hay tristeza, alegría.

Where there is sadness joy.

Oh Divino maestro, concédeme

O Divine master grant that I may

No busque tanto ser consolado como consolar

Not so much seek to be consoled as to console
