Joe Last October I went on holiday to Thailand for
two weeks with my girlfriend, Mia. The holiday began
well, the weather was great, and we spent two perfect
days in Bangkok. But things went wrong when we left
Bangkok. I wanted to stay in hostels, which were basic
but clean, but Mia said they weren't comfortable, so
we stayed in an expensive hotel. I wanted to
experience the local culture, but Mia just wanted to
go shopping. It was awful!

I thought I knew Mia very well,
but you don't know a person until everything
you travel with them. When we arrived home, we
decided to break up.
