He needs to walk with his dog six times more.

Why?

Because he needs $88 and he earns $8 any time he walks.  If you divide $88 by $8, the result is 11 times. You need walk with the dog eleven times.

He has walked five times. You need 11 - 5 = 6 six times.

See you

ivan gets 8 dollars for walk the neighbor s dog.
If he walk the dog 5 times,he is going to get 40 dollars.Because 8 dolars x 5 times=40 dollars.
if we know that,we can get the answer:
88 dollars=money earned( x times)
8 dollars=money(1 time)
88 dollars / 8 dollars=11
This means,to get 88 dollars, ivan have to walk the dog 11 times.
Thanks.
