Lucy: Hi, Paul. Are you having fun?

Paul: Yeah! I have never had this much fun before! What about you? Have you won a prize?

Lucy:Yes, I have. I have won a teddy bear! Look!

Paul: Great! I have not played any games yet, but I have bought some hot dogs. Do you want one?

Lucy: Yes, please! Have you had a ride on the roller coaster?

Paul: No, I haven't. Is it good?

Lucy: It's fantastic! Let's go on it now! Where's David? Have you seen him?

Paul: Yes, he went over there to watch the fireworks.

Lucy: Oh, I love fireworks! Haven't they started yet?

Paul: Not yet. Come on!

Explicación:

En el presente perfecto, para formarse se usa el auxiliar have con el significado de haber y un verbo en participio (tercera forma del verbo, en español su terminación es de -ido, -ado) su estructura es (positiva):

Sujeto + have / has + verbo participio + complemento

En negativo, basta con agregar "not" delante de have / has.

En interrogativo solo intercambias el orden del sujeto con have / has.
