2-HOW LONG THE FESTIVAL WILL LAST AND WHERE YOU ARE GOING TO HOLD IT.
It could last for at least 2 hours and at maximum four hours ... I would locate in any open place like a park ..

3-WHAT KIND OF ENTERTAINMENT THERE WILL BE.
There could be dance,music or competitions for all attending the event
