On Mondays, Terry is getting up at 7.30 and taking a shower. His mother is preparing
the food. They were eating toast and drinking coffee and orange juice. Now Terry is
leaving the house at 8.30 and is going to work by bus. He starts work at 9:00. He has
lunch in a small restaurant near the office. Yesterday he was with his friend Paul.
They were talking about looking for a new job. He will be finishing the work at 17 in
the afternoon. After work, he will be playing soccer with his friends. In the afternoons
when he comes home, his mother will be watching television while his father will be
reading the newspaper.

Explicación:

Los tiempos continuos, independientemente si es pasado, presente o futuro son formados por la terminación de "ing" en los verbos. Es decir, todos los verbos deben llevar esa particular para formar el tiempo continuos. Ejemplo:

Cook - Cooking.

Eat - Eating.

Go - Going.

Write - Writing.
