In May, I go to Manchester because my friend has a wedding
party. I speak to my friend about the journey and she gives me
the directions. She says that I can travel either by train or by
bus. I choose to go by train because I lenow that it is quicker and
more comfortable, even though I pay more money. I buy a return
ticket and I take a train from the Stoke station. I spend about an
hour on the train but it is a nice journey. i sit by the window and
read an interesting book. The conductor is very kind and tells me
when it is time to get off. The train comes on time and I get to
Manchester four hours before the wedding. I go shopping and find
a lovely present for my friend. I think it is a very nice day.​
