How are you? I write you this because the present you give for my birthday is faulty, the problem was that when the present was in the delivery truck it broke,i try to comunicate with the delivery company but they didn´t give me any answer until three days and i need a faster solution so i don´t know if you have any solution if you can give me a new present or i wait until the delivery company answer me.
