Explicación:
*La oración no tiene sentido, "El está delgado porque come ... dulces", too many significa mucho, y enough es suficiente, si solo puedes completar con esas palabras, la oración debería ser "He isn't thin because he eats too many sweets."
Too many y too much significan ambas mucho/a/os/as o demasiado/a/os/as. La única diferencia es que too many es para sustantivos contables y too much para incontables.
Enough significa suficiente.
Traducir las oraciones debería ser suficiente para saber si se debe usar too many/too much o enough.
No sé decirte una manera de diferenciar sustantivos contables de incontables, normalmente coincide con el español, pero hay excepciones.
