Betty: Hi. My name is Betty. I’m 15 years old and I live in San Rafael.
Announcer: Who do you want to tell us about?
Betty: I want to tell you about Miss Karol. She teaches in San Rafael and she is 30 years old. She makes a big difference in our community. She helps kids and teenagers study and learn more.
Announcer: Interesting!
Betty: We don’t have good internet or TV in our village. So, she uses a loudspeaker to broadcast the lessons from the radio to all of the students. She works with all of us to make sure we understand our lessons. She’s amazing!
Announcer: Thank you for telling us about your teacher. She definitely is a Peruvian hero!
Betty: That’s right!
