You have to eat healthier for example you can eat some delicious fruits you also have to do everyday something of exercise to keep you fit,if you don’t sleep 8-9 hours you will have slow metabolism and it’s really bad for your health to not sleep 8-9 hours so make sure to sleep well.
You should wash your hands take a shower brush your teeth for a better hygiene.
Drink a lot of water,the water is important for us to stay hydrated and put some sunscreen
to protect you from the sun it’s not really good to be under the sun for a long time also the sunscreen contain a lot of vitamin so it can make our skin better.
