3 milks cake

Ingredients

3/4 cup of corn oil

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

5 Eggs

1 Cup of CARNATION® CLAVEL® Evaporated Milk

1/2 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 1/2 cups of flour for hot cakes

1 Can of LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk

1 1/2 Cups of CARNATION® CLAVEL® Evaporated Milk

1 Can of NESTLÉ® Media Crema

1/2 cup of whipped cream

1/2 Cup of Strawberries disinfected and cut into quarters

1/2 Cup of Peaches in syrup cut into quarters

4 fresh mint leaves disinfected.

Oven preheated to 180 °C.

For the cake, blend the corn oil with the vanilla essence, the eggs, 1 cup of CARNATION® CLAVEL® Evaporated Milk, the sugar, the baking powder and the hot cake flour; pour into a greased and floured mold. Bake at 180°C for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

For the three milk mixture, blend the LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk, 1 ½ cups of CARNATION® CLAVEL® Evaporated Milk and the NESTLÉ® Media Crema.

It serves

Unmold the cake, prick the surface with a toothpick and cover with the three milk mixture; refrigerate 2 hours. Decorate with whipped cream, strawberries, peaches and mint leaves. Offers.
