Question

Hi! So I'm making a paper about harmonics and just intonation, and while i was browsing the just intonation wikipedia page, I came a cross a chart on the diatonic scale section that showed the ratios from C and the "Harmonic of Fundamental F". I understand what a fundamental frequency is, as well as harmonic series, but i have no idea where those numbers come from (24, 27, 30...). They all relate to 24 by the ratios listed above, but where does the "24" originally come from?
