Hi! My name is Suzanne and I clearly remember my last birthday when I turned 12. It was on Thursday, April 4th last year. It was a normal school day so I did not have any plans to celebrate it. In the morning, my mom and I had a typical breakfast before I went to school. At noon, I went to my grandma's house. It's what I always do at lunchtime on school days. In the afternoon, I did my homework and walked home at 5:30 pm. When I opened the door, what a surprise!!! My family and two school friends were there to say "Happy Birthday Suzanne!!!!" In the evening, we ate a delicious cake, drank some tea, and had a really nice time together. My friends left at 9 o'clock because on school days, we need go to bed early. I hope I can do the same thing my next birthday that is coming soon.
