This state of well-being is easy to achieve if all the citizens come together and agree to avoid these issues, it is quite easy to achieve well-being and therefore happiness can be achieved.

When citizenship does not agree, then that state of well-being and happiness will be basically impossible to achieve, then citizenship will be upset and insecure.

In conclusion, if the citizens come together, it will be very easy to live with them, but if the citizens are in constant disagreement, then the environment would be quite annoying and heavy.
