Se trata del First conditional, es decir se trata de decir algo que va a pasar en el futuro (puede ser un futuro no muy lejano, pero que es seguro que va a pasar) si tu haces o no haces algo en el presente. Por ejemplo, si como dulces todos los días (presente), me engordaré (futuro). Y no se te olvide que la coma es muy importante justo después de decir la frase en presente.
