And how bike lanes help to improve this system giving more safety to cyclist and gets more benefits for the shops owners from roads, making cyclist spend more money with them than car ryders.

Finally, it talks about how using the bike lanes people feel more encouraged to ride bikes and help the enviroment avoiding the contaminants that a car expells.
