Negativo= I wouldn't rather study because i don't fancy studying.

INTERROGATIVO= Would you rather walk or fly?

WOULD PREFER

AFIRMATIVO: I would prefer to go sailing due to I really enjoy doing it.

negativo: I wouldn't prefer to watch movies because to my mind, series are better than movies.

Interrogativo: Would you prefer to live in a flat or in boat?

WOULD LIKE:

Afirmativo: I would like to make a cake.

Negativo: I wouldn't like to be a teacher.

Interrogativo: Would you like some coffee?
