Past simple.

1. I didn't love chocolate as a child.

2. You didn't go shopping this morning

3. He didn't like sport.

4. She didn't study for the exam.

5. Lucy didn't meet her friends yesterday.  

Explicación:

No sabía en que tiempo asi que hice en pasado y presente. Espero te sirva.

Past simple = Didn't.

Present simple = Don´t = I, You, They, We

                            Doesn't = She, It, He
